Be There or Get Slower Training Ride.....

Most Nashville cyclists clicked on the Internet, some peaked their heads out of their windows, and nearly all of them concluded the same thing - back to bed!  Well, not all.  Evidently the toughest minded BToGS devotees didn't bother doing either and showed up determined to get their work done.  They fought through the wet and cold while most others lost fitness.

The finally tally?  Women outnumbered the guys 3 to 1.  Talk about bragging and ragging rights for a few weeks, they've got them!

We appear to have a great week of weather ahead of us with a weekend to motivate even the laziest among us.  Arrive early and stay late.  Expect the duration to be three hours at an endurance pace and without a flurry of speed.  Lastly, remember BToGS Rule #1, "everyone arrives home safely."

Lastly, check out our annual "Burn The Turkey" Thanksgiving training ride schedule for 2008 taking place during the holiday week.
