Not many working stiffs will likely get the chance to do this, but for those who can I invite you to join the Cumberland University Cycling Team on our weekly Wednesday afternoon training ride.  Weather permitting this ride will take place all throughout the spring semester.

We leave campus in Lebanon at 2:00 PM and go between 2 to 4 hours depending upon daylight and everyone's training plan.  The pace is pretty solid as you can imagine, so you'll have to either keep up or know you way around the roads in the area.  We have pro level as well as Cat 4 level riders, so we likely have someone for you to suck wheels from.  We promise to make you laugh and get fit at the same time!
