I want to encourage everyone to become a member of Bike Walk Tennessee.  This organization was just recently formed to address the needs of bicyclists and pedestrians all across our state.  As you can imagine, this is quite an ambitious advocacy group to tackle such a challenge. 

If you visit the BWT website you will learn they are already actively engaged with governmental leaders to improve the quality of our lives.  We have long needed a state wide organization like this, and in the years to come I am certain we will see improvements.

Like any advocacy group, their strength is in membership numbers and ability to raise money to advocate on our behalf.  Neither of us may be able to devote time, but we can commit as members and write a check.
